How do I create a child profile?

After creating your account, tap the "Add Child" button on the home screen. Enter your child's name (or nickname), date of birth, and interests. The app will use this information to suggest age-appropriate activities.

How do I change or skip an activity?

On the Free plan, you receive 3 activities per day. With Premium, you can use the "Swap" button to get a different activity suggestion. Swapped activities won't be shown again that day.

What is XP and how does leveling work?

XP (Experience Points) are earned by completing activities. As you accumulate XP, you level up and unlock badges. This gamification system encourages consistent engagement and tracks your journey.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Whispie Quest > Cancel Subscription

Android: Go to Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Whispie Quest > Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access until then.

Can I add multiple children?

The Free plan supports 1 child profile. With Premium, you can add up to 5 child profiles, each with their own activity suggestions, XP tracking, and progress.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account through the app settings, or visit our Account Deletion page for detailed instructions. You can also email [email protected].

Is my child's data safe?

Yes. We take children's privacy very seriously. All data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared with third parties for advertising. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
