This page explains how to delete your account and data from the Whispie Quest application.

How to Delete Your Account

Open Whispie Quest and sign in.

Go to the Nest tab and tap the gear icon (Settings).

Tap Delete My Account.

Confirm with Delete my account permanently. Your account is deleted right away.

Note: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.

Alternative Method

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address.

Data Deletion Information

Immediately Deleted Data

  • Your profile (email, name) and settings
  • Child profiles (name, date of birth, interests, personality, play times)
  • Play history, observations, development check-ins and the "first times" diary
  • Household membership and invite codes you created
  • Analytics events and error logs linked to your account

Retained Data (Legal Requirements)

  • Purchase transaction records, without your user ID (tax and fraud prevention).
  • Anonymous usage events from before sign-up.

Additional Information

Backup Data: Backup copies are permanently deleted within 30 days.
