MiloSnap is a free baby milestone photo editor application. The app allows users to create and customize milestone photos for their babies using templates, stickers, and text overlays. The app is free to use and is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MiloSnap. The Service is designed for parents, guardians, and family members to create baby milestone photos. By using MiloSnap, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement.
MiloSnap does not require account registration. You can use all features of the app without creating an account or providing personal information beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
MiloSnap is provided free of charge. The Service is supported by advertisements displayed through Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the display of advertisements during your use of the Service.

All rights, title, and interest in the MiloSnap Service, including all templates, stickers, design elements, features, functionality, and code, are and will remain the exclusive property of Black Eagle Group LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any MiloSnap content or materials.

Consumer Protection: EU/UK consumers have legal rights under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

MiloSnap is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. This does not apply to consumers in jurisdictions where such provisions are unenforceable.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website. Your continued use of MiloSnap after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
