End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Black Eagle Group LLC ("MiloSnap," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the MiloSnap mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple or Android device that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Circumvent any security features, access restrictions, or ad-blocking mechanisms

3. Free Service and Advertising

MiloSnap is a free application supported by advertisements. By using the App, you agree to:

• The display of advertisements within the App via Google AdMob
• The collection of device information and advertising identifiers for ad serving purposes
• Not use any ad-blocking tools or mechanisms to circumvent the display of advertisements

4. Device Permissions

The App may request the following permissions to provide its functionality:

You can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of all photos you create and edit using the App
• All photo processing occurs locally on your device
• We do not upload, store, or access your photos on any server
• You are solely responsible for how you use and share photos created with the App

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy at:

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, templates, stickers, design elements, features, functionality, and code, is owned by Black Eagle Group LLC and protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any MiloSnap content.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Eagle Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Since the App is free, our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

• This Agreement is between you and MiloSnap only, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA

10. Google Play-Specific Terms

For users who download the App from Google Play, you must comply with Google Play's Terms of Service.

11. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the App.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

By using MiloSnap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
