This document explains the marketing and promotional communications we may send in connection with the Whispie Flavor Agent application.

Marketing communications consent is entirely optional. Declining will not restrict any app functionality.

• Special offers and discounts
• Content about child nutrition and family health
• In-app events and announcements
• New apps in the Whispie product family

Marketing communications may be delivered through:

• Email
• Push notifications
• In-app messages

4. Data Used

Only the following data will be used for marketing purposes:

• Email address
• App usage preferences (e.g. child age group)
• Subscription status

5. Legal Basis

Marketing communications are processed on the basis of your explicit consent under applicable data protection law, including GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and CAN-SPAM / CASL requirements where applicable.

6. Retention Period

Data related to your marketing consent will be retained until you withdraw consent or delete your account. The date and channel of consent are recorded.

7. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time:

• In-app: Settings → Notifications → Marketing Communications
• Email: send a message titled "Withdraw Marketing Consent" to [email protected]
• Click the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business days.

8. Third-Party Sharing

We may use email delivery providers such as Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to send marketing communications. These providers act solely for delivery purposes under a data processing agreement. Your data is never sold to third parties.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

• Access to your personal data
• Correction or deletion of your data
• Objection to processing
• Data portability
