Steps to Delete Your Account
1Open the App Launch Whispie Flavor Agent on your mobile device and sign in to your account.
2Go to the Parent Panel From the main screen, tap the parent icon in the top-right corner to open the parent panel.
3Open Settings Navigate to the Settings section in the parent panel.
4Go to Account Settings Tap "Account Settings".
5Delete Account Scroll down to find "Delete My Account". You will be asked to confirm your password for security.
6Confirm Read the confirmation message carefully. Your account and data will be scheduled for deletion.
Can't Access the App?
Send an email from your registered email address to
[email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
Data Deletion Details
✅ Immediately Deleted (within 24 hours)
- Parent profile information (name, email)
- Child profiles (name, age)
- All session history and food exploration records
- Sensory response data (Sensory DNA)
- XP points, creature levels, and streak records
- Graduation records and dinner moment logs
- App preferences and notification settings
⏳ Retained for Legal Requirements
- Billing records: 7 years for tax purposes
- Legal compliance data: 6 years for business records
- Security logs: 90 days for security monitoring
Note: Retained data is anonymized wherever possible.
Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed within 24 hours. Backup copies are permanently deleted within 30 days.
